DESCRIPTION:The 73rd annual Christmas Fatstock Show &amp\; Sale organised b
 y the Melton &amp\; Belvoir Agricultural Society (MBAS) will be held at th
 e Melton Mowbray Livestock Market on Saturday 2nd December.\n\nCoinciding 
 with the Melton Mowbray town Christmas Market\, we will happily welcome ev
 eryone to come along and enjoy a busy show and market day.\n\nCome and see
  an amazing show of Livestock – cattle\, sheep\, pigs and goats\; and pr
 oduce – cheese\, pork pies\, sausages\, pastries\, home baking\, junior 
 baking and preserves. Once the judging is complete\, the winners will be a
 warded their rosettes and prize cards and the Champions are presented with
  their trophies.\n\nThe farming community\, both locally and nationally\, 
 compete in the show and come to the auction\, where the Livestock are sold
 . The Produce entries are also auctioned off to the general public at 2 pm
  in the Exhibition Hall.\n\nMBAS is a non-profit entity and exists to prom
 ote agriculture for current and future generations in the region and beyon
 d. The event also raises funds for the Mayor’s charities\, agricultural
